Fullstrength: Premium Nutrition Shake

DISCLAIMER: THIS IS TOTALLY A PLUG. My friend Rob McNamara works for FullStrength which makes these incredible meal shakes. I'm lazy when it comes to food and I was so grateful when I was given a box of these shakes to try. Little did I know that Rob was a crack dealer. I was hooked. Extremely healthy (check out their clinical studies) and tastes great. If you're a guy on the go and want some peace of mind about "fast food", I doubt you could beat this.
